What are the basic rules and regulations of Syfy Games?

How do I create an account?

Go to www.syfygames.com/ and click "sign-up" to register. You'll be asked for some basic information and asked to verify your e-mail address. Once your e-mail has been confirmed, you can customize your profile by adding photos, modules and other information about yourself.

I'm 12 years old...can I join Syfy Games?

Syfy Games requires all users to be 13 years or older to join in accordance with COPPA.

How do I verify my e-mail address?

Once you sign up, a message containing a confirmation link will be send to the e-mail address you listed in your registration. Once you receive this message, click on the link and your e-mail address will be automatically verified and you can begin using Syfy Games.

What if I have an account but can't log into it?

If you already have an account on another site such as syfy.com/gamecenter or nbc.com, you will still need to register for Syfy Games, but the process will be different. Start by entering your e-mail address and if we recognize your e-mail address from another site registration we'll just ask you to confirm who you are by providing your password. You will then be registered for Syfy Games and can begin customizing your profile.

What if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, click "Forgotten Password" and enter your e-mail address. Your password will be reset and the new one will be e-mailed to you.

You no longer need your username to log in. Once you log in using your e-mail address, click "Account Settings" to find and/or change your current username.

How do I change my e-mail address?

Click "Account Settings" to change your e-mail address. A new e-mail verification request will be sent to your e-mail. You must complete this verification before using your new address to login.

How do I change my password?

Click "Account Settings" to change your password. You must confirm your existing password, then enter a new password and re-type the new password to confirm. Once you save your account settings, you must log in using your new password.

Perhaps you registered in the past and have simply forgotten. Click "Forgotten Password" to have your password reset and sent to your e-mail. Once the new password arrives, try logging in with your e-mail address/password to view your account.

How do I change my personal information?

You can edit your personal information by click "Account Settings" and updating the information stored there. If you'd like to edit your profile, click "edit" in the my PROFILE section of the navigation to update your modules and profile information.

How do I delete my account?

Please send a request to have your account deleted by clicking "Help" and a member of our tech support team will contact you to confirm your request and delete your account.
