BioShock: The Collection officially revealed0 Comments
The BioShock series was one of the highlights of the last generation, and now (after a few leaks) it will be making its return on modern platforms. BioShock: The Collection will be updating the famous trilogy and bundling all three titles with their single-player DLC in one box. In addition to the various challenge packs and mini-campaigns for the games, the collection will also include a video series about the creation of BioShock, featuring creator Ken Levine and animator Shawn Robertson.
The collection will run for $60 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It's worth noting that, while BioShock Infinite and its DLC will be included regardless of your platform of choice, the PC version of it won't be getting remastered, as it holds up just fine on higher settings. The good news is that if you own these titles on Steam then you'll get their remastered versions for free.
If you've somehow managed to go this long without playing these acclaimed titles, then it's about time to fix that. People feel differently about which one is best, and the internet's feelings on Infinite have been a rollercoaster of emotions, but they're all games worth playing.
BioShock: The Collection releases on September 13.
