Check out 15 minutes of No Man's Sky gameplay in this new demo video0 Comments
Sean Murray of Hello Games treated fans to 15 minutes of fresh No Man's Sky gameplay via the PlayStation blog this week. The game's development has been closely followed by the industry, drawing huge interest for its massive, procedurally generated universe that players will be able to explore for themselves. We still don't know much about the game other than the vague details the development team have given us — the player decides what they want to do, and then they go do that, whether it's exploring a new planet, fighting, or collecting things.
The video shows Murray interacting with an ancient monolith with which the player can choose from a list of text options that determines what tone that interaction might take. The artifact then grants Murray with renewed health, but he does mention that things can also go the other way if you choose a different option. The video then proceeds to explore the planet further, interacting with the world's resources and organisms.
Be sure to catch the video in full above, which will help hold you over until the game's official release. No Man's Sky will launch on June 21 for PlayStation 4 and PC.
