Hatsune Miku headed back to America with Project Diva X0 Comments
Sony and Sega announced that the latest installment in the core rhythm game series starring the extremely popular digital songstress known as Hatsune Miku will be coming to North and South America this fall. Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X already released in Japan on March 24 and features 30 new songs to sing and button-mash along to.
The game’s campaign will feature Miku and her friends exploring the five distinct “Clouds” of their world, which each have a characteristic aura – Classic, Cool, Cute, Elegant, and Quirky. Each song, quest, and outfit that Miku and her friends wear will reflect these auras. New costumes will now be randomly earned while playing a song rather than through the current currency-based system that allows players to buy new clothing and accessories.
Project Diva X will also allows players to interact with Miku and friends to level up their relationships and uncover secrets. The newest installment will also bring an entirely new “Concert Editor” to the series, which will let players create a set list, outfit, and accessories to stage their own concerts with Miku.
Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X will see a physical and digital release on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita this fall in North and South America.
